I called the café, and the manager not only refused to refund me but also refused to give me his correct name. Based on how he handled the situation, I honestly believe he may have kept the money for himself. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I paid for food I never received, and instead of helping, the manager was rude and evasive. I will never order from this location again, and I hope corporate looks into this situation immediately.

The chicken pesto panini was really small, they forgot the tomato and the extra veggies I paid to add, they forgot my jalapeño corn which I also paid extra for. Quesadilla was really thin and lacked meat. Mango pineapple smoothie tasted like it had bananas in it.
