You need a security guard in the lobby to ensure it's not a hangout spot & to allow customers to order & possibly peacefully sit at tables instead of getting smoked out of the building, not to mention the loud music.

Folks come in you can't order because that same one cashier making sure the rowdy crowd get all they want n need. Taco Bell on one corner a few doors down a different restaurant SAME ISSUES.
