  Mobile order or not it’s unbelievable that they mess up an order. Staff has very poor customer service. Communicate with customers if you simply don’t have the food on your menu MAKE CUSTOMER AWARE & FIND ALTERNATIVES DONT JUST HAND THEM A BAG WITH SOMETHING THAT THEY NEVER AGREED TO OR SPOKEN PRIOR TO. 0/10….

  I ordered a Veggie Bowl WITH beans, and guess what? NO BEANS AT ALL. How do you mess up the main ingredient in a veggie bowl? What I received was a sad, flavorless pile of rice with barely any veggies, cold and poorly made. It looked rushed, sloppy, and completely careless. I paid full price for something that felt unfinished and inedible. If this Taco Bell can’t handle a simple order or bother to include basic ingredients, they should not be serving food. This location clearly has zero quality control and zero respect for customers. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they like wasting money.

  Uber eats review - DO NOT ORDER especially if you are a vegetarian or have special requests!!! The past TWO TIMES I have ordered my black bean Crunchwrap from the vegetarian section (and have double checked both times that it was the meatless version) they’ve given me the regular kind with BEEF! Then I am OUT OF DINNER and have to PAY UBER FEES AGAIN if I want to try to order a replacement. READ THE ORDER AND DO BETTER!!!!

  DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I have ordered 5 times the last month and a half - every single time i’ve ordered a baja blast and have gotten an ENTIRELY different drink. first it was sprite then a coke and the last few times it’s been the midnight version. they don’t pick up their phone and are extremely unhelpful. food is also prepared very sloppy.
