  Place is neat and organized. Employers don’t speak or understand English. I had to ask for my order 5x, I had to go back up and ask for hot sauce packets and cutleries. They give you the bags and no trays to eat it. The food was ok, your better off going to another Taco Bell

  Today, I went there in peace, and the person who took my order told me to confirm it. They didn't reduce the price at all, and she made me look like a fool. That really annoyed me. And I ask you to please speak to the manager as well, because they're not doing a good job. It was a girl with black hair. Very clear but rude, and she doesn't know how to serve customers. I urge the manager to properly supervise their employees because they are not doing their job well. I even have a video of her. But I don't know how to post it. That's why I contacted her manager to stop these people from doing such stupid things so that it doesn't happen to other people.

  The first time I came here rodger helped me and was so nice. The music was on it was a vibe, if I were to close my eyes with the nice hospitality the food and the music you would swear I was on a beach somewhere. Then the second time I got help from Dylan , twice because I decided to come back and be extra , he was very professional and informative on the frozen drinks, and the orders. I'm really Greatful to have good customer service in new york It's hard to find these days , but you can find it here! Thanks guys!

  BEWARE! If your ordering after 11pm the workers DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS! I ordered a simple order and everything was wrong, I dont eat beef and they sent everything in beef and all tacos were the wrong ones. They dont read what is ordered and they don't fulfill the customer's needs. They have one job to do read and give the right orders to their customers.

  Excellent service food was fresh and hot . Dining area was very clean . The server tragmar was very quick and polite. He was handling the orders all alone . I even observed him helping the uber orders.
