  We, along with our friends, have been testing this Subway location over several days because the first visit was so disappointing. Sadly, all six visits followed the same pattern. Even when the restaurant was nearly empty, just one person inside, our friends were told to wait over 20-25 minutes before the order even began. Both the man and the lady working there were extremely rude and unprofessional. On one occasion, the lady even recorded our friends without informing them. We gave them multiple chances because we wanted to see improvement, but every time it was worse. The food was also consistently poor. Online ordering should be quick, many people stop by in their cars and need fast service, but waiting 20-25 minutes just to begin is unacceptable. This is one of the worst experiences we’ve had in a New York restaurant. We hope Subway management takes this seriously, trains their staff, and improves the online order process, since there’s no direct contact number to escalate this.

  So I usually go here right after I do my nails because the sandwich are somewhat consistent.. However, the service is beyond horrible. Every time I come here, there’s one person specifically (Spanish short gentleman ) who always has an attitude. ( Rather than gossiping About what transpired Maybe be more accommodating and have a sense of urgency). I come in here for convenience , But trying to prove a point That you’re right is the reason why I probably won’t come back here ever again . First, during the week of Thanksgiving, I understand that places change hours, especially because of the holiday season, which is understandable. However, Some businesses usually print out a sheet, giving the proper hours based on holiday business needs etc.. or update on Google business etc. I bartend and have for over 10 years. So I understand.. I went in on Saturday, November 29, After I did my nails. The Hispanic short gentleman, Told me , I was only allowed to order takeout, I wasn’t Allowed to sit and eat because he’s closing in 30 minutes. I was surprised, He told me there was a holiday that day( To my knowledge, Thanksgiving is only celebrated on Thursday, So maybe there was a mixup) . I decide to come in again ,( Hoping there’s no holiday today ) I noticed that the soda machine was not working . the soda taste horrible as if the soda line was dirty, because usually when the soda lines are not cleaned, you can taste (the other flavors syrup residue aftertaste ),so (for example you’re getting a Dr Pepper but you get the aftertaste Of another flavored syrup). I decide, to let the gentlemen know And with a cocky attitude ! He skulls me and tells me that the soda are not flat and that he doesn’t drink soda so he doesn’t know what it taste like ! What’s worse is that I speak Spanish And understand Spanish, He decides to gossip to a nail tech that works in the neighborhood (Who came in shortly after, The situation transpired) and asks her to get the same soda that I told him did not taste well, so that he could prove his point that I was wrong! I asked him for my money back and he decides to give me the two dollars from his tip jar.. Work ethic is horrible. Too bad his ego can’t compensate for his height! and the lady that was working with him today is not any better!! How do you have two people? They are not trying to problem solved, but will gossip behind the counter.!

  The workers behavior is disgusting. No wonder why its so empty. Nobody would want to waste their money on this. I ordered a 6 inch nacho chicken sub and there were barely any chicken inside. It was only filled with lettuce and onions. Also, the worker was giving me attitude for ordering online. She was like you have to wait 30 to 35 minutes if you have ordered online, but the inside was totally empty with no customer. Subway®, you should look into this matter and improve your service. Its like i paid 8.70 for a lettuce sandwich. Absolutely disgusting staff behavior and food. I wish i could do zero star.👎
