Horrible customer service. Every time I come through the drive-through, it’s extremely slow and the staff is rude. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times and never received a response. If you can, go to a different location—this owner clearly doesn’t care about customer experience.

FYI if your order gets messed up don’t bother going back for a refund or changing it.
I went to get my partial order fixed, half my order at home and half with me otw. The manager Nicole assured me that they’ll change it make a new one. As I went there, I literally saw Nicole taking the fillet out of my sandwich and giving to the person on the fryer to refry my fillet and put new buns and sauce on it.
Also when I tried to explain it to the worker that Nicole refried my fillet and I wanted a new sandwich, the worker acted as if they didn’t speak English.
She made me walk 5 blocks not to make a new sandwich but just make a new one with just refrying the old fillet.

As both a customer and delivery driver this place is the worst. I have ordered food and waited forever. And as a driver I've waited crazy long for a simple order even one lady ordered breakfast at 10 and I'm picking it up dam near at 12pm like they really take the fast outta fast food I would give a -5 star rating if possible SMH

Came to the drive through to order on 12/24 at 10:20PM and someone was inside answering the machine then she just goes silent. Horrible service every time I come here.
