  Screwed up the order in front of me and then argued with the customer even though the sandwich was clearly not made correctly. Then screwed up my sandwich and left off the avocado on the beach club. Poorly run and obviously don't know what they are doing.

  Per the website the location is open until 10p. We skipped other options because this sounded better than fast food. We arrived at 9:20p. We approached the counter to order and we were informed they were closed. The entire counter had been cleared and all food put away for the night. This means they closed the restaurant around 9p. The option to order ahead was still available in the app. If your app and website say you’re open it’s unfair to close prior to the listed time. Especially, when you’re in a travel plaza. We are traveling through so there was no way to know this was closing early.

  Ordered a GIANT Club Lulu with cheese (my usual). Took longer to prepare than usual, as it appeared that the location was understaffed. The turkey didn’t taste the same, was very wet and heavy. Made the entire sandwich soggy. Couldn’t even eat half of it, gave the rest to my dogs. Please do better.
