I asked what the difference between plain oatmeal and banana oatmeal was and they looked at me like I was dumb. Then I proceeded to order a banana oatmeal with no honey and the lady that was in the back rolled her eyes at me because she had already prepared the banana-honey oatmeal. After that she once again looked at me like a was dim and told me that what I wanted then was plain oatmeal. I subsequently told her that I wanted the banana oatmeal but just didn’t want the honey, and so they gave me the famous banana-no-honey oatmeal rolling once again their eyes at me. I think they have a long way to go with customer service. Ps: The oatmeal was not good.
