  If you know you don’t have some shit why put the wrong one in the bag. Asked for one chocolate donut one without and they gave 2 sprinkled donuts. Tried to make the swap and I couldn’t. I did leave the store so I understand you can’t swap after that however, why put the wrong thing on the bag in the first place? Communicate with the customer and reach a different solution one that the customer can be happy with instead of making a decision without communicating leading to an unhappy customer.

  I ordered plain bagel toasted W cream cheese, bread was old too soft taste like microwave butter all over the bread and cream cheese wasn't enough

  Okay I didn’t really go there, but I have to be honest there is way too many and I mean way too many Dunkin donuts stores around this community, how is anyone not tired of this stuff yet? Some of these stores needs to be shut down

  I walked in this morning to pick up my online order. As I did I took the time to notice what looked like the Manager (an older lady with glasses) preparing food. I watched her as she while wearing gloves, took handfuls of bacon and put it on a tray to cook. After handling the meat she continued to make other people orders without changing her gloves. Bagels, wraps, and twists. Not once did she think to change the gloves after handling the meat product. It’s clear there’s cross contamination. After the bacon was cooked she then still handled with the same gloves on. Disgusting. There are people who don’t eat pork or meat. Yet you’ll handle the meat and never change the gloves? Another thing. I went there to pick up my online order and it was never in the rack. As I stood there a worker looked me in my face and before I could ask her anything walks away. I had to look for my order which was tucked to the side behind the counter and just take it and leave. So disappointed in how operations are here. Will not be coming back or ordering from this specific store.
