- ALAli LOct 28, 20251.0I walked in this morning to pick up my online order. As I did I took the time to notice what looked like the Manager (an older lady with glasses) preparing food. I watched her as she while wearing gloves, took handfuls of bacon and put it on a tray to cook. After handling the meat she continued to make other people orders without changing her gloves. Bagels, wraps, and twists. Not once did she think to change the gloves after handling the meat product. It’s clear there’s cross contamination. After the bacon was cooked she then still handled with the same gloves on. Disgusting. There are people who don’t eat pork or meat. Yet you’ll handle the meat and never change the gloves? Another thing. I went there to pick up my online order and it was never in the rack. As I stood there a worker looked me in my face and before I could ask her anything walks away. I had to look for my order which was tucked to the side behind the counter and just take it and leave. So disappointed in how operations are here. Will not be coming back or ordering from this specific store.

What happened to the black girl that was there actually making the coffee right??? Its a black neighborhood..where is the DIVERSITY??? Now its a whole bunch of lies... to customers that pay... its ridiculous. The food isn't cooked properly. It has become just as unprofessional as the one on Springfield.... I'm not asking for a handout ONLY WHAT I PAY FOR. Im good they can keep their jelly donuts that are now NOT FILLED CORRECTLY.... IM GOOD.
