  you guys have a staff that looks lost, a long line of people waiting just to order, and then you have this guy that is no help at all because a personal call seems more important. they need to be trained. i would say “retrain” but again, it doesn’t seem like anyone knows what they’re doing

  Absolutely love this dunkin. My go-to dunkin spot in the morning. This lady there she works in the morning shift she’s always so nice and makes small talk with me. Always makes my drink correctly.

  THIS DUNKIN IS LITERALLY USELESS! They don’t hear you when you say not to put something specific on a sandwich. I’m Muslim and specifically said no bacon and to put white cheddar cheese instead she gives me a bacon egg and cheese, I go back she changed it to egg and cheese with American, I go back AGAIN and she tells me I have to pay ?!?? I’m sorry what ! This place needs new workers or more people at this point. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN TO ANYONE !
