We ordered 4 drinks and 4 food items and each one of them had an issue with it. They tried being nice but we tried avoiding going back because they sounded annoyed. Manager should definitely train their employees more on customer service since they have a lot of bad reviews.

Coffee at this location is dreadful. Food here makes me feel sick. Doesn’t happen at any other location. I hope this location gets shut down before someone gets hospitalized from bad food.

I just think anyone ordering here should know not to order anything that requires more than pouring ingredients into a cup in sequence. Shakin’ Espresso? Looks just like a normal iced coffee. Iced Cappuccino? Looks just like a normal iced coffee. Macchiato? You guessed it. My theory is the training here kinda blows. I’ve never said anything to anyone because the location is convenient, which keeps these folks busy. It’s not worth it. But, if you’re particular about your drinks, please just go somewhere else. This location is for people on the run who just need caffeine. Oh, the food is fine.

He made the wrong drink, told him that’s not what I ordered. He then Proceeded to argue with me. From the start, he had a nasty attitude, like I was bothering him to place a drink order. I paid for my drink and left with nothing! I was appalled at his attitude and poor customer experience. I’m sure the money I paid and left without my drink won’t get him or his business far in life. Desperately in need of better employees and business ethics.
