    Can’t rate the food as it wasn’t received before my plane was closing boarding. Took over 20 minutes but they don’t seem to understand the rules of working in an airport.

    On Sunday, September 14th, at approximately 6:50am I witnessed something so appalling at the Dunkin Donuts (at the JFK airport Terminal 4 at gate 33 ) that I felt compelled to write this review / formal complaint. While placing an order at the counter, a customer came from behind me and politely asked the cashier the name of a donut so she can placing an order at the kiosk. Instead of simply answering, the cashier snapped, and said “The name is right there. You can read it.” The customer apologized and asked again, only to be met with the same cold and dismissive response: “It’s right there. You can read it.” The woman’s frustration was written all over her face she shook her head in confusion and walked away without getting the help she requested. I stood there shocked and disgusted. I could not believe what I just witnessed. The lack of basic courtesy, patience, and respect was mortifying to witness. I told the cashier directly, “That’s not how you speak to someone, You’re incustomer service. Not to mention this is an international airport you’re dealing with people from all over the world and English may not be their first language, or they may have a hidden disability you can’t see. ( blank stare) you have to be patience and show respect. The cashier’s response was Completely indifference, Unfazed and Unbothered. Her attitude not only unprofessional but it was nasty and nonchalance. When I asked for her name, she refused to answer simply ignoring me not once, but twice. Only after I pressed again did she coldly say, “It’s on the receipt.” According to the receipt, her name was “Jasmine.” Whether that’s true or not, I cannot say because she didn't have a name tag. She was a young dark skin African American young lady with a limp. I explained to her that treating someone this way is beyond rude it’s outright disgraceful especially for someone in a customer service role and being in a location where thousands of travelers pass through daily, this was absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I asked if a supervisor was on duty, she said flatly, “There is no supervisor here.” Three other employees were present, and one witnesses the Incident. ( the one next to her trying not to look at me but was obviously uncomfortable because of her close proximity of exchange. The other two may not have witnessed what happened but clearly No one offered to help it interjected Regardless, no customer should ever be subjected to such disrespect. I write this with genuine disappointment and disgust, hoping Dunkin’ Donuts leadership sees this. I'm not requesting to be contacted but Something should be done about this. This kind of behavior has no place in your stores or any place of business especially at an international airport.

    Sucks big time , ask for a sausage egg and cheese ,real pork sausage they give me turkey nasty sausage!! And over pay for that nasty English muffin ...never going back...overprice coffee too...taste like dirty water.
