  I literally just left the drive thru. The lady that took my order needs like metal help or something. Me and my boyfriend ordered one large and one medium Almond Iced Protein Matcha Latte. The lady asked me if I wanted sugar in it when I was ordering—first red flag. I said “No, I just want it the regular way you usually make it.” She said that it comes without sugar. I’m thinking now obviously that’s weird, I haven’t experienced this at other Dunkin’s. I’m thinking it may just be something this location does so I tell her to put sugar in them. This lady is going to come to the window with two DEFINITELY coffee lattes. I said ma’am. This is not a matcha latte. And she proceeded to have an argument with me about the fact that it WAS a matcha latte and that’s what the computer said and if I wanted anything else in it I had to ask for it. I said ma’am just give me my money back at this point. I had given her $15, 3 five dollar bills. She gave me back 4. $20. I guess that was an inconvenience fee or something. Thanks for that at least.

  Had the worse experience today. I spend over $40. I asked to use the bathroom then they told me it wasn't working. Minutes after a random lady came in didn't bought anything and they just gave her the key. So I waited for her to leave and I used the bathroom. Seconds after the worker started screaming at me that I cant use the bathroom. Im like you just let the other person in without a purchase. She then went on calling me names in her language. She even deliberately messed up my order. I ordered a coffee with almond milk She put whole milk. My friend is allergic. She then also messed up my mango pineapple refresher. She filled it with green tea and ice and only added about 4 tablespoons of the mango pineapple juice. I would not be there in the afternoon ever. Im there every morning and never had a bad experience. The afternoon workers are extremely rude. Not forgotten one of the workers wasn't dressed with the right uniform he had a hoodie and sweats on. And a homeless person who vomited on themself, he was just sitting there any they didnt do anything. Unprofessional!
