Wasn’t able to place an order at the drive through microphone, and when I drove up she gave me some whole speech about how she’s busy and doesn’t have the staff to make an order for me etc. Net-net, this location is trash and needs to be disbanded. Fire the whole staff and put a Chick Fil A or something.

A min after I got my drink I noticed it started tasting weird and upon inspection I saw that the cold foam Was clumpy and had a bad smell to it. I then went back to dunkin and explained the situation and they took my drink back. 3 min later they brought back my same drink and tried to tell me it was a new one and that the cold foam was new. I then got aggravated and the man took my drink and left for 10 min to finally bring me a new drink. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS DUNKIN AGAIN.
