  Do not order from this place! I called 2 hours in advance to have two simple cheese pizza to be ordered at my son’s school for his birthday party and they are 30 mins late. They can’t speak English, understand basic instructions, and refuse to pick up when I have complained. Stay away!!

  Hi i normally never right reviews about places here in google or at all, But i feel that this place has to be given a review to first of all the coustomer service is terrible i understand that business are busy and could get hectic while on the phone the person who was helping me began to yell at someone else while speaking to me not only that but the person did not have any coustomer service educate whatsoever i ordered my food either way and asked for time that it should be delivered around 40 minutes okay normal called after 1 hour thought delivery was lost but instantly got hung up on tried calling again and again but the person who was answering answered and quickly hung up over and over again so far its been 2 hours and the facility has not called or reached out to apologize and explain why this has happened very poor coustomer service please order from another facility, im editing this a few hours later i got a call from the delivery driver witch stated they don’t deliver to my address when i live 8 minutes away from this place no need to lie to costumers very unprofessional one i ordered at 7pm and got a call at 9:25pm stating this please get ur shit together respectfully don’t play with peoples time

  1-21-26 I tried ordering online but was unable to because of an error so I called the store. Naim (male) took my order and said they were only taking cash after trying with card. He called back 10mins later to take my order again because it did not process, he assured me they were still going to deliver my food. After 30mins I called the store again and asked where it was, Naim told me the driver left 10 mins ago. After another 30 mins I called again and Naim told me to order from a different store because my order did not process or to come in person to pickup my order. I don’t understand I’m paying with cash and they don’t want to deliver my order. I don’t understand why Naim would lie about the status of my order for over 2 hours. He did not care that he wasted 2 hours of my time when he could have said they were only taking store pickup orders. What kind of store and management doesn’t communicate with their customers and lie to waste their time? Read the other low reviews and everyone is complaining about them lying and waiting over 2 hours to receive no food this location gave up and doesn’t care.

  This business deserves to be reported to the BBB. I was hung up on, then I called back 2 more times and they just let the phone ring. Their delivery driver came and pulled out the receipt and handed me a pen. When he saw I did not add a tip, he scoffed and left the receipt with me. That was extremely rude and disrespectful. No one owes anyone a tip. Minimum wage is $18 per hour and with those hours, they make more than my disability check per month, as a single mother of 2. And for those who think people I should not order if I can't tip, maybe you should not be in that profession or judge.
