I HATE this location it is the worst representation of a brand. I go here when I don't have the extra time to go to the next location on jamaica avenue. Usually manager is nasty, I go there praying she's out, she is disrespectful to her colleagues and the public in conversation and behavior. Today the food is over seasoned waaay too much salt, this is supposed to be a healthy option. This will be my last visit to this location, there was just 2 staff members upfront one doing the line and one doing take out. They tried to contact the her but used the same profanity she uses to communicate with them, infront of customers. The one doing take out orders attempted to help but pulls out her phone with the gloves on and then proceeds to process my order. Her gloves are now contaminated from her dirty phone. I just can't. If I could give no stars I would. The only redeeming asset may be the toilet they have the security police that. I also not understand how at 1 o'clock you're scraping to get servings of items for the line. Unprepared for the lunch rush. Prime location untrained staff. Its a mess down there.

I’m absolutely disgusted by this location, its workers, the quality of food, their service. It’s RIDICULOUS. I tried this location at least three times, hoping that it was just the time before that might’ve been a bad day. The first time I went with my mother and friend, we wanted to sit and eat, the tables were absolutely filthy, we asked a worker if they can come clean the tables (which clearly didn’t sit right with her as per her facial expression and body language). It still took her quite some time between the play arguing and banter amongst her and other staff, she came, stink rag, basically swiped the food that was on the table onto us and walked off…. Second time, staff was very nasty and rude, rushing us through not even trying to hear our order. And now this final time, this was an uber eats order, thinking it might’ve been better seeing as I wouldn’t have to deal with the staff in store… a lie…. I received my meal not only ice cold but a blonde hair in my food…

I came in at 9:55… not on purpose but because it was the only thing in the area I would eat( I try to eqt healthy) so this meal was very important to me especially since I did not eat all day. This was dated 12/10/2025 around 9:55. The girl is giving attitude and making a lot of face gestures like she’s pissed off to be serving people. I finally get to the counter and the girl is not listening at all and throwing things in my plate that I don’t even want. I said something about it and she blew a fit and says she’s not serving me. People walking in the door at 9:58 and her face just looks upset. I’ve worked in many food establishments and I know for a fact some nights you will get last minute customers. She’s complaining that she wants to go home but I told her you are at work and you have a job to do. I would love to go home too after being out since 7am this morning working all day. That was horrible/rude/disgusting service. I will never go back to that location again and most likely not to chipotle again being that I haven’t been there in so long. My first experience back was not a pleasant one. From he ratings of this location I am not surprised.

Morning Shift – Wednesday 11:20 AM
I visited Chipotle on Wednesday at around 11:20 AM, and I had a very disappointing experience with the morning staff. There were two women working, and one of them – a Black woman with a tattoo on her arm that started with “44” – was extremely unprofessional.
When I approached the counter, she was busy on her phone. She looked up, told me to “wait,” and then went right back to using her phone before finally starting my bowl. While I was giving my order, she suddenly stopped listening to me and took someone else instead, leaving me standing there. The whole time she kept making annoyed, frowned-face expressions toward me, but when a customer she seemed familiar or comfortable with came in, her attitude changed completely and she acted respectful and friendly.
I had asked for a tortilla at the very beginning, and when it was time to pay, it still wasn’t there. When I asked about it, her response was an eye-roll and a loud “oh my god,” which felt very rude and unnecessary.
Overall, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. Staff should treat every customer with respect, not ignore them, show attitude, or play with their phone on the job. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be made to feel uncomfortable, targeted, or dismissed.
