  I am seeking the owner’s attention regarding my recent experience. I genuinely loved your wings and mozzarella sticks, and I was very excited to try them again. However, this visit ended up being one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I paid with a $100 cash bill, and the staff immediately refused to take it. I explained that I didn’t have enough balance in my bank account and that I usually pay in cash. He then said, “Okay, give it to me,” but right after claimed the bill was fake—without using any machine or doing any proper verification. He told me that he had faced this issue before and had the bill checked. I even asked if he had a detector, because you can’t just call it fake without checking. I went to PL Cash Checker and they confirmed that the bill was not fake. I returned and exchanged it, but when I came back to pick up my order, no one apologized or acknowledged the situation. I left with a heavy heart because I truly like your food, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope this is taken seriously so no other customer has to feel this way.

  The bone-in wings at Buffalo Wild Wings are absolutely delicious! The flavors are bold, the texture is perfect, and it’s honestly such a win to have a major chain like Buffalo Wild Wings offering halal bone-in wings. ⚠️ Disclaimer: Only the bone-in wings at this Buffalo Wild Wings location are halal. (The boneless wings, burgers, sandwiches, and other menu items are NOT halal)

  Really pleased to see that their bone-in wings are halal - hopefully, this is just the start of a fully halal menu in the future! The wings tasted fresh and flavorful. The owners of this location are kind, friendly and accommodating to the needs of the community. Love to see it!

  They have a zabiha halal boned chicken option. I spoke to Sonia, who was incredibly friendly. She explained the halal options they offered and mentioned that they plan to expand their menu in the future.

  When you find a halal option as a Muslim—especially from a big brand like Buffalo Wild Wings you just have to run and try it! I’m so glad I did because the wings were absolutely delicious and excellent. A special shoutout to Sonia, the wonderful lady who took our order. She was outstanding so kind, professional, and honestly a very pretty woman! We had such a nice conversation with her, and she made the whole experience even better. We really hope Buffalo Wild Wings can make everything halal in QUEENS so our community can enjoy this amazing brand even more. Big yes from me and huge appreciation to whoever took the initiative to bring halal options here! 🙌
