But Today at 11:55 am, I stopped by to get my usual Milkshake and Double scope ice cream, I wasn't able to get it due to these two workers that are working. This lady refused to make milkshake just because its cold and she is sick, and the other guy didn't even try to take the order. This is very unAcceptable for usual customers like us. I urge the management to take action and get rid of these type workers as it will only effect the business.

They messed up my order and gave me strawberry the first time. I couldn’t eat it because I have a STRAWBERRY ALLERGY. But I know what it’s like to have a customer service job, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered, while also specifiying that I had a strawberry allergy. Just got the order and they gave me strawberry AGAIN. Extremely upset. I understand if they’re out of a certain ice cream flavor. But why would you give the customer a flavor that they’re ALLERGIC TO? Will definitely not be ordering from here ever again.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
