It’s 1:05 AM right now, May 31st 2023. I just came out of this Liberty Ave location because I was looking for the 31st ice cream’s special, which consist in a 31 percent of discount every 31st of the month at participating stores. I know that this Liberty Ave location is a participating one, because I’ve bought ice cream with this special many times here, but the sales associate had no clue of what I was talking about. On top of that, he could barely speak English. I ended up paying 7.61 dollars for an ice cream that could’ve costed me 5 dollars. I asked for a manager, but he said that he was alone. Please train your workforce properly. Thanks!

I've been to a few Baskin Robbins stores and this one is by far the worst. My friend and I waited almost 15 minutes with only 1 other customer they're. We walked out & drove to Cold stone Ice cream shop. We were in & out in less than 10 minutes.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
