- VPVanessa PApr 28, 20251.0On 4/28/25 @ 7:30pm the following incident occurred at the Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robbins in Rochdale Village. I walk in with my two young daughters expecting to get ice cream but we faced discrimination instead. The establishment was not busy. The female employee just finished ringing up a customer. I was next, and before I made my purchase I asked for 2 flavor samples of ice cream, 1 for each of my daughters (1 pistachio, and 1 baseball nut). (1st red flag was the way she handed us the spoon it almost fell because she was rushing and had an attitude). My daughters tasted the sample and we were asking to taste another we looked up and she was off in the back (2nd red flag). I had to call her back, I asked for 2 more different flavors samples and she refused. She then proceeded to tell me we were only allowed to have 1 sample and no more (3rd red flag). I told her I’ve never heard of that at any Dunkin/ Baskin Robins . She said it was from the company. I said “ok, then I guess I would not be able to make a purchase ( because we were trying to decide the flavor). I walked out not willing to argue and keep it going. This female employee was EXTREMELY RUDE AND NEEDS TRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE also needs to check her moral compass maybe she has had annoyances in the past with previous customers asking for many samples and not making purchases, or whatever ,as the employee you need to give attention to customers, and their requests or it is a liability for the company because you are loosing business, customers, and reputation. No need to lie and be rude. Go to work ready and willing, I left this location extremely annoyed and my little daughters were so disappointed. I had to explain to them about patronizing business that treat their customers with respect, kindness, and great customer service.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
