- MYMagnaplated YTApr 5, 20221.0What a clown show this place turned out to be. Had a pretty good time at their Glendale location so I figured I'd give this Baskin-Robbins a shot. That turned out to be a massive mistake. I walked in and asked the young girl at the counter for a one-scoop sundae. She walks over to the flavor of ice cream I picked and starts to dig into it with something that looked like a metal spatula that clearly wasn't designed for picking up ice cream. This was pretty bizarre so I sort of chuckled and asked why they weren't using a regular scooper like other places. Her response was a nervous laugh and she kept going. It obviously wasn't working, though, so she ended up having to walk over and ask the man working with her to get it for her. He was struggling almost as much as she was. Eventually he managed to get a scoop out, but it was pathetically small. It was at this point where I asked for hot fudge, to which he told me that they were out of hot fudge, as well as strawberry. Caramel was my only choice. You'd think this was something they'd want to tell me right at the jump before making the sundae, but I guess this hadn't crossed their minds. Slow service, clearly ill-prepared staff, not having what's needed to make a simple sundae in the middle of the day... there's literally nothing positive that I can say about my visit. Better luck next time.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
