  This is the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The service is always fast, and the staff are consistently friendly. Somehow, the coffee even tastes better here. I’ve never written a review for Dunkin’ before, but this location truly deserves five stars.

  Came in as a customer and was refused use of the restroom—“employees only.” That’s really poor customer service. The manager said it’s for storage and employees only, even though the restroom has direct access from the entrance and wouldn’t interfere with their work. Shame. Won’t be coming back to this location. Not even the employees know what they are doing. Disconnected in communication manger seems to be doing her own things.

  What are the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've been to. Such a big place and they have a bathroom and don't let you use it because it's for employees only. Which I knew back then it was for also the public especially that they have a sit-down to eat in there by law they're supposed to have bathrooms for the public especially when they have a sit-down to eat.

  The service is horrible. I go here often and the service is usually the same. I'll order about 5-10 minutes before getting there and my drinks are never made. They don't care for their online orders and prioritize drive thru orders. Even walk in customers they'll make orders for their own race first then lag on everyone else's. A total of 4 workers usually the drive thru worker bosses the other workers around and barely does a thing. I wish I had a video of my last interaction a worker messed up a shake and she went over to WATCH them remake it with a full drive thru and packed lobby. Today it was not as bad in service but standards. The wait was still long but when I walked in there was 2 workers basically doing nothing. One was washing the same drain for 5 mintes and the other wiping a table and the syrups down. The only male worker took orders and made drinks with NO GLOVES. The drive thru worker immediately disappeared and went into the back for a good 3 minutes on my arrival. In this video you can see the movements of the workers and unhygienic practices. The man puts my drink next to the lady's bucket while she's wiping nothing and it's in such a close proximity she could've potentially splashed that cleaning solution or whatever in my drink. Horrible workers I don't understand why dunking allows these people to ruin their brands image. It's apparently locally owned and I think thats the problem 🫤

  Went to get banana split. The guy on the counter berally put ice cream he charged me $11 and I couldn't even enjoy it. He had such an attitude he was kept on screaming at his worker and . And was were unprofessional. I payed $11 and felt like I didn't even satisfy my taste buds .So disappointed
