  ⚠️ THIS STORE NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM OUR COMMUNITY! THE STAFF'S OF THIS STORE ARE ALL RUDE AND DISRESPECT TO THE CUSTOMERS, THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME $1 EXTRA FOR NO ICE IN MY DRINKS, I ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND SHE REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME IN REGARDS TO THE EXTRA CHARGE, I ASKED WHY THE EXTRA CHARGE REFLECT AS 1 LOCAL ITEM ON MY RECEIPT INSTEAD OF $1 FOR NO ICE? IF SUCH CHARGE EXISTS? THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT THEY CANT KEY IT IN. I ASKED WHY THERE IS NO SIGNS POSTED IN THE STORE THAT SAY THERE IS A $1 EXTRA CHARGE FOR A DRINK WITH NO ICE? AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ONE. I AM BEING CHARGED EXTRA SO I HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CHARGE AND THE MANAGER DID NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO ME AND THE OTHER EMPLOYEE DIDN'T HAVE ANY ANSWERS BESIDES TELLING ME ITS $1 EXTRA FOR A DRINK WITHOUT ICE OR THEY CAN GIVE ME A DRINK WITH LESS DRINK IN IT. EVERYONE THAT HAVE EVER GO INTO THIS STORE KNOW THAT I AM TELLING THE TRUTH WHEN I SAY THAT THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE AND ALWAYS HAVE A NASTY ATTITUDE. I AM ASKING THE PEOPLE IN MY COMMUNITY TO PLEASE STOP GOING TO THIS STORE SO EVENTUALLY IT WILL CLOSE DOWN AND LEAVE OUR COMMUNITY. EVERY SINGLE BUSINESS RELY ON US, THE CUSTOMER'S TO STAY OPEN AND WE DON'T NEED BUSINESS'S LIKE THIS IN OUR COMMUNITY WE DESERVE AT LEAST BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SO PLEASE STOP GOING TO THIS STORE SO THEY CAN LEAVE OUR COMMUNITY AND MAKE SPACE FOR A BUSINESS THAT RESPECT AND APPRECIATE IT'S CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

  They don’t know what they are doing. Dont even know hoe to make smoothies, i asked for less ice and they said they cant make it without ice. Asked for toast without bacon and they intentionally put bacon in my toast. The whole staff members are worst. If you guys are allergic to bacon , please don’t go there. Huge respect from customers please change the staff ASAP.

  VISHAYA HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This has been an ongoing issue that I let slide but finally had enough. She’s always judging me & giving me attitude for ordering a milkshake or iced latte at 6am. Not her business. Today I tried paying using the remainder of my gift card & then remembered to scan my points which she flat out said “no”, It led to me saying you always give me a problem every morning and she said “good”. Idk if I remind her of a girl who broke her sons heart or her bully or what but she can never give me a peaceful order. The only time I have seen her happy is serving police officers. Tired of her & management needs to pick their employees better. Not every DD NEEDS to have bitter workers! My milkshakes are always decent though- can’t really mess that up.
