    They discriminate against where you live and profile you based on how you look. I live in public housing and when the driver came to deliver (while he’s on the phone with my husband) as my husband and my brother in laws are making their way to the car, the driver sped off as soon as they approached the car to receive the order. I called the store immediately and while explaining the situation to the manager, he chose to yell at me on the phone saying they called the cops because of my husband and his brothers “trying to break into the car”. (No police was called, they were lying) I told him I could see from the window when the driver came in and he just sped off, never attempted to deliver. He proceeded to tell me “my driver was scared, people steal cars there” and “this is why we don’t deliver over there”. I told him it’s a $70 order with lots of items, of course people went to help him. If the driver felt scared or intimidated, he could’ve said so on the phone with my husband as he was approaching. He proceeded to tell me if I wanted my order I would have to go to the store with my card and ID to pick it up. (I ordered delivery for a reason). He ended up putting himself on mute and never answering me back so I called again and spoke to someone else. I asked how I can go about getting my refund and they told me that their manager said to dispute it with the bank. I did just that, which was denied because the merchant claimed it as a valid transaction. I’ve called dominos customer service, even emailed and still haven’t had this issue resolved. It was $70 worth of food, which isn’t cheap at all. This all happened on October 2nd and STILL hasn’t been resolved. I will be making a bigger issue about this due to the fact that we were judged and profiled based on the area we live in. If they really had an issue with the area, they could’ve canceled the order as soon as I placed it when seeing the address. Horrible experience, horrible customer service, horrible staff. Will not be ordering dominos again after this.
