- LCLogan CochranDec 8, 20251.0Came here last night with my family of 5 before catching the bus. It just so happened to be 80 cent scoop night for their 80th anniversary. Employee would only let my two older kids try 1 flavor each, they wouldn’t let me or my wife try anything. When we went to tell them our order (5 single scoops) and pay, the employee at the cash register scanned the code on the app to get the 80 cent scoops and he said it didn’t work, Even though the girl right before us used the code without a problem. He told us maybe we should just call customer service to fix the problem. All employees working were very rude. Seems like they wanted to charge full price for the ice cream even though corporate was running a one-day promotion for their 80th anniversary.

One bangladesh guy didn't accept the money and he didn't sell anything. Talking is really rude. I don't buy anything from Dunkin' Donuts ( any store ) in the future. We should make boycott Dunkin' Donuts until they change their staff attitude.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
