One sandwich I ordered ended up being a completely different sandwich and the other had nothing I added on it and the wrong bread. Checked to see if it was someone else's order and it wasn't.

The staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. The menu is packed with delicious options, from their signature soups and sandwiches to their freshly baked pastries. I especially love their Broccoli Cheddar soup and the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. And don't even get me started on the pastries – the chocolate croissants are heavenly! Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a place to relax and unwind, Ithaca Panera Bread is the perfect spot. Highly recommend it!

Defeats the whole purpose of rapid pick up etc etc. Now waiting for an entire remake of order during the busiest time.

The first picture shows a bowl of chicken noodle soup, not even half full, with 3 pieces of chicken, costing almost $10. The sandwich size is much smaller than stores in white plains and there’s not much in the sandwich, almost $13. My eyeballs pop out…
