  Ordered on the app a whole half hour before they closed to switch from breakfast to lunch “which isn’t advertised earlier” first I went to the window planning to pay with my card this rude old miserable man working said “cash only card machine down” so we thought to order on the app to make things easier it went through and everything and then 5 minutes later I pull up to the window and apparently they are closed for switch now? Make it make sense, staff rude and miserable. Better see that money back in my bank account or that’s a whole other problem.

  Ordered 4 sides of sausage and a sausage biscuit. How hard is that? I Get a steak sandwich, come back and have to talk to 3 employees then a manager- then it was still wrong! Wild feeing like an inconvenience when yall mess everything up 🤣

  old white dude who works nights had my boyfriend wait outside in the drive thru for an hour. i get wanting to keep your inside clean but there’s no excuse to have someone standing outside a drive thru for an hour. dude came from the back to lock the front door. no we don’t have a vehicle. literally placed a mobile order and waited an hr for it. every time we come here it’s dirty on the inside anyway but dudes giving people hypothermia when he’s supposed to be handing out mcgriddles.
