I made sure I was patient when I called as I know how retail workers get treated sometimes. However, after being talked over by the pharmacy tech about five times I gave up trying. Customers just want to be heard. I understand you're short staffed, but when you complain to me about being short staffed and then talk over me repeatedly it makes me want to take my business elsewhere. :(
