After waiting for about 20 minutes for our food to be made, we watched one of the workers retreat to the bathroom. He emerged from the bathroom wearing the same gloves he entered with, checked his phone and began preparing food. Not wanting to cause a scene, I requested a refund and to cancel my order, saying it was taking too long. I was told the transaction couldn't be canceled, but my food would be ready soon. I wasn't going to eat food prepared by the guy who wore his food prep gloves while using the bathroom, so I just left. I will never, ever return to this location.
This location went down the tubes real quick. When they first opened we would come on our 30 minute lunch break and always marveled at how quick the service was. Well that didn’t last unfortunately. My last 3 visit the service was insanely slow and I just sat in the drive thru for 45+ minutes. Felt like one car was holding it up- they should have been told to pull to the side. The guy at the window was nice and friendly. Very disappointed with the chicken nuggets and this visit overall. If you are looking for fast…do not come here.

Absolutely garbage establishment. Terrible service. Highly recommend avoiding this location. Oh and after waiting over an hour for my meal I asked to just get a refund and they said it was against store policy. Great. Waited an hour and a half in the dining room.

Insanely long waits are not unusual. I waited in the drive through for over 45 minutes during my last visit. Seems like the staff might be incompetent.
Updated: So I made the mistake of returning to this location during less busy hours, and they forgot three items in my order. I called them to request a refund, and they told me they could only provide a refund if I drove 20 minutes back to their location. This is not the first time they have forgotten items from my order. For sure, the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to!

I waited in the drive through for over an hour, not counting time spent before placing my order. I'm not exaggerating. Over 60 minutes between speaking my order and receiving my food. 3 cars ahead of me. Small orders, too. Insane. Too scared to ever go back, honestly. I made a complaint to corporate about this via the Taco Bell app and requested a follow-up, but never received any updates. I had just gotten done shopping at the nearby Aldi, so I had cold food that was going bad in the trunk the whole time, too. I should've just left, but I had already paid, and no one ever imagines they'll spend more than 20 minutes waiting *after they've already arrived at the last drive-thru window.*
