  Had an hour for lunch from work. Left work @ 2:30 and got there, order placed, texted receipt at 2:38. Waited inside at the counter for 35 minutes for my lunch. Got it at 3:13. Had 7 minutes to eat. Over a half an hour to place an order that fed 1 person. Too long..

  Go here if you want to be put at risk as a customer 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Last month, I visited this Taco Bell around 12:30 a.m. when the posted closing time is 1:00 a.m. After placing my order through the drive-thru speaker, I waited several minutes before a woman abruptly came on the intercom and told me they were only taking online orders. This was confusing because there were cars ahead of me who had just ordered and received food through the drive-thru. When I tried to place an online order, the app wouldn’t let me! They had turned it off. When I asked why someone had taken my order only to refuse it later, the woman said it was “AI” that spoke to me. Two days later, I returned and recognized the exact same voice taking my order except this time, it was a real person at the window with the same voice, proving that the “AI” excuse wasn’t true. Then, last night around 12:40 a.m. I had the same experience. I placed a full order through the drive-thru after being prompted to do so, but after waiting a few minutes, another employee came on and said they weren’t taking drive-thru orders because they were “six pages deep” with online orders. She was extremely rude and again claimed it was “AI” who took my order. My boyfriend said something along the lines of “say we can’t place our order again” she somehow took that as a threat with a weapon something we never ever said or implied, we have zero weapons by the way and would never ever ever threaten someone especially over taco bell!!! We then left the drive thru parked to try to speak with them in person to ask them why they keep doing this AI lie thing, and not taking orders. Wasting my time even going there and I’m sure their company policy is to operate until their posted closing time. Also to speak with them about how they could ever say we threatened them an absurd complete misunderstanding delusion. Neither of us entered the store, I stayed a couple feet away from my car in the parking lot, and my boyfriend was much closer to the door of the store as he was originally going to enter. Before entering, they all were in the back of the kitchen with a seperate door that was open and they came out and started going back and forth with him and then proceeded to throw a sign on the floor and shut the door (pictures attached is when she closed the door. my boyfriend never ever stepped foot inside and only approached their back kitchen door because they started talking to us from there). There was absolutely NO physical or verbal threat of any kind during that process and we left immediately after they closed the door. BTW, they had 4 employees there who were much bigger than us. The employees called the police and claimed we threatened them and gotten into a “physical altercation/ attacked them” The police spoke to us at Mcdonald’s, where we went after, saw that nothing happened, and did not do anything besides have a conversation with us because there was no evidence of any wrongdoing... I strongly encourage Taco Bell corporate or management to review the security footage from around 12:40 a.m. last night. You’ll see that no threat took place. The way this situation was handled, specifically false accusations, and inconsistent explanations is unacceptable. Because truly imagine the police officers approached thinking we had a weapon, that is DANGEROUS. But they even said themselves that it was clear the employees were lying and dragging things out, hence why nothing ended up happening. I got mcdonald’s and went home after. I’ve always liked Taco Bell, but this experience was concerning. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that better training and management oversight are provided to prevent this kind of situation from happening to anyone else, or better yet fire them. I doubt you will because you have serious staffing issues, but to have employees there who made a false accusation to police is weird. Apart from that, they will not take orders during their operating hours, always have a nasty attitude as other reviews have said, and messed up my order very frequently.

  Detrimentally slow. 4 car fast food line has taken us 20min so far to get our food. Fast food without the fast. And it's taco bell so ya know, "food" is kinda generous....so, it's a.....Its a building! If you show up and pay money you might get food eventually!

  Refusing to take orders unless you use their app. When asked how long that will be going on, the window clerk said she was "not unsure". Staff had the side door open and we're enjoying a nicotine break. Do not bother coming here.

  Refused to take my order unless I ordered through the app. App refused to work. Had to order through door dash. Terrible service. Don’t come here.
