- SSSidOct 24, 20251.0Bizarre experience with my two subs and a cookie. The lady at the counter gave me a takeaway sandwich with only meat and cheese, and nothing else inside. The other sandwich order also had the wrong sauces and fillings. When I walked back to ask what happened, she wasn't responsive, and begrudgingly made a replacement sandwich while being unresponsive, cursing, and just staring at my face. I reminded her that the cookie was missing and she still didn't give it to me. Didn't want to make a scene so I left. I honestly hope she was just having a bad day, or she was just profiling me, but the other reviews suggest otherwise. Can't believe this place has stayed this way for so long.

My friends and I just got kicked out of there while waiting for a ride home then witness one of the female employees scream at an elderly couple to leave because none of us were “subway costumers” and only those who ordered a sub could sit there.
