Then they stopped talking to me another 6 minutes while I tried to get their attention so I could order or at least figure out what happened. After 6 minutes I figured it was not worth getting my money back and just left to save any more time. I deleted my McDonald's app and I will never go to this Branch again

I placed my order in 2025, and by the time it arrived, civilization had probably collapsed. The fries were cold enough to qualify as archaeological artifacts, and the burger looked like it lost a bar fight with gravity. The staff seemed locked in an epic, unspoken competition to see who could look the most utterly done with life. Asking for ketchup felt like requesting a favor from the royal court — and I was promptly denied. The dining area? Imagine if a tornado hit a high-school cafeteria and no one cleaned it up out of respect for the tragedy. Sticky tables, rogue napkins doing interpretive dances in the air vents, and a floor so slick it could host the Winter Olympics. By the time I left, I wasn’t sure if I’d eaten lunch or survived a cautionary tale. This place is less “I’m lovin’ it” and more “I’m leavin’ it.”

Drive through is a joke, and after about a half hour of waiting your food will probably be wrong (ordered extra onions and mac sauce, paid for. They included zero of each item) you’d think you could get McDonald’s with an hour lunch break but this place really shows otherwise
