There was hardly any waiting time and the employees are always exceptionally professional and very nice on the phone and in store is exactly the same. My meds were ready and would have been delivered the next day.
- JSJoshua SmithOct 21, 20255.0I feel like I’m visiting a small town, family run pharmacy. It’s not a fancy building, but I don’t need a 3000 ft.² drugstore to get my prescriptions. The staff are always very kind and treat me with respect. The atmosphere and attention to detail is far better than most of the national drugstores I’ve used in the past. I appreciate that this is an employee owned company, you can fill it as soon as you walk in the door.
- CCChimera ComstockSep 20, 20251.0After having them dead name me multiple times and keep splitting my scripts up between my dead name and legal name, even after I verified multiple times at my doctor's office all scripts were being sent to my new legal name, I finally swore off Kinney forever. They also have staff that always act clueless and have left me waiting all day for prescriptions that then end up not being filled in time before they close despite being told it would be ready with in the hour.
