This one worker Samira or something like that missed 2 of my items and once I tell them I am missing some items. The girl that threw my food proceeds to tell me I’m lying and if how they checked the camera I would be lying. Bad experience do not go here

We usually never have an issue with this new dunkin but yesterday we did. We walked into the doors and immediately it was unprofessional. They were swearing behind the counter and bad talking the customers especially regulars. We ordered our food and drinks and we waited 40 minutes to get it. And 10 of those minutes we were waiting on one frozen coffee that the workers put into the blender and left it there for 10 minutes. We called someone over in a polite way and asked if we could have our drink that was made but wasn't finished. They snapped at us and said "Don't come to a dunkin and rush us". Meanwhile like I said we were polite and we waited for 40 minutes.
