I stopped by this location and had a concerning experience. An employee who appeared to be the manager came in visibly upset and was loudly speaking on the phone. She was criticizing corporate and complaining about being “slammed,” even though there was only one car in the drive-thru. She was forcefully placing bags on the counter and stated that she was “going to quit this terrible company.”
She also refused to assist customers inside and directed everyone to use the drive-thru instead. If she is in a leadership position, her behavior did not reflect the professionalism expected of a manager.
I would like to recognize the young man who was also working at the time. Despite the situation, he remained positive, polite, and provided excellent service. He handled himself very professionally.

My husband and I had quite a disappointing experience at Dunkin' today. We ordered a large iced coffee through mobile order. The staff member assisting us was a colored young man with curly hair. He was too inattentive and not welcoming at all. While picking our order, we asked about redeeming the “free donut with purchase of a large drink” offer, and it seemed like he did not fully understand our question even after we repeated it several times. He then abruptly said that we could not redeem the offer because it was not applied in the mobile order at the time of purchase and that we would need to buy another drink. Absolutely unreasonable and absurd! When we asked for clarification, he referred us to the manager. The manager was busy handling drive-thru orders and didn't talk directly to us. We heard her saying – "just give them a donut." Her tone came across as dismissive and disrespectful. The overall interaction made us feel unwelcome.
We truly enjoy Dunkin’ and usually visit the one at Pine Tree, where we consistently receive friendly service. This was our first visit to the one at S. Meadow, and sadly, it did not reflect the positive experiences we’ve had in the past.
We hope management can provide better customer service training to ensure a more welcoming environment for guests in the future.
Fabulous place! A clean, neat store. Prompt, efficient, friendly service. A good selection at stellar prices. Conveniently located right on Route 13 in downtown Ithaca. Delicious food served fast. Shenelle did a wonderful job checking me out. Highly recommended!

I usually stop every morning and get an extra large decaf. I went this morning, and I sat in line for about 15 minutes before I even got to the speaker to order my coffee, when I got to the speaker, the lady said she'd be with me in a minute. I waited for 5 minutes, and when I said "hello", the lady came back on and said "I said I'd be with you in a minute" with a very snotty bad attitude. I left and went elsewhere.

Terrible. Even ordering ahead, orders wrong half the time & they take forever! Ive waited 30 minutes twice for a small order.. if it wasnt already paid for. Id just left like i seen 5 cars do in the drive thru.. they take even longer inside..I mean its coffee and pre made sandwiches, its not like cooking a gourmet meal. Get your ish together Dunkin.
