It was either a general manager or regional manager that happened to be there and he was very nice and accommodating so I had a pleasant experience with him. I noticed that this particular location that I always see a lot of workers in the background, but there's always only one person making orders. There should be at least two to three in order to get those lines through so people don't have to wait as long. Also, I noticed that this location often isn't very clean. Workers should be taking turns to make sure that the place stays clean when I want to sit down in there and I have to clean the table myself. Other than that, not terrible.

The feedback from the 800-chipotle line was terrible, she said she can’t give a refund. I called the store location, manager said can’t giv refund and when ask for his full name , he disconnected the call. Very disturbing and unprofessional

I went to fill up my cup anyways and the spouts were not on the soda fountain and it went all over me. I was not assisted despite going to the counter and asking for help.
