    I placed an online order to expedite my time there because I was trying to get a coffee before work. Ended up waiting at the window for 15 minutes and had to leave otherwise I’d be late for work. Didn’t get my drink, seemed like they made one but then lost it.

    This store is terrible! It's the worst Dunkin in town. The staff is unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to take our order on their register which is illegal to not accept cash for food. The wait time is ridiculous. The womens' bathroom was out of order. The mens' bathroom was dirty and unmaintained. This Dunkin has always left a bad taste in my mouth; left me feeling disappointed, unsatisfied and unwelcome.

    After multiple times coming in recently and experiencing orders that were consistently incorrect or missing items and getting attitude while trying to get it corrected? Attempted doordash order resulting in my dasher almost quitting due to same attitude turned on her all because she inquired about almost $ 20 in missing food from order. If you want Dunkin I would strongly advise using the one on Elmira road by Home depot or anywhere else beside this one. I seriously do not understand how this attitude towards customers has been allowed for so long....

    I stopped by this location and had a concerning experience. An employee who appeared to be the manager came in visibly upset and was loudly speaking on the phone. She was criticizing corporate and complaining about being “slammed,” even though there was only one car in the drive-thru. She was forcefully placing bags on the counter and stated that she was “going to quit this terrible company.” She also refused to assist customers inside and directed everyone to use the drive-thru instead. If she is in a leadership position, her behavior did not reflect the professionalism expected of a manager. I would like to recognize the young man who was also working at the time. Despite the situation, he remained positive, polite, and provided excellent service. He handled himself very professionally.

    My husband and I had quite a disappointing experience at Dunkin' today. We ordered a large iced coffee through mobile order. The staff member assisting us was a colored young man with curly hair. He was too inattentive and not welcoming at all. While picking our order, we asked about redeeming the “free donut with purchase of a large drink” offer, and it seemed like he did not fully understand our question even after we repeated it several times. He then abruptly said that we could not redeem the offer because it was not applied in the mobile order at the time of purchase and that we would need to buy another drink. Absolutely unreasonable and absurd! When we asked for clarification, he referred us to the manager. The manager was busy handling drive-thru orders and didn't talk directly to us. We heard her saying – "just give them a donut." Her tone came across as dismissive and disrespectful. The overall interaction made us feel unwelcome. We truly enjoy Dunkin’ and usually visit the one at Pine Tree, where we consistently receive friendly service. This was our first visit to the one at S. Meadow, and sadly, it did not reflect the positive experiences we’ve had in the past. We hope management can provide better customer service training to ensure a more welcoming environment for guests in the future.
