  Super slow drive through, waited over 20min in the drive through today and over 45 minutes last time I came. Ice cream machines broken, no signs outside so got stuck waiting in drive through with no way out.

  Let's start with walking in. All tables were dirty. Lots of worker no reason they were not done. Got a fish sandwich with lettuce, Tomatoes cheese and ketchup. Fish was burnt had only ketchup. Got two chili cheese dogs no cheese. Was not busy at the time no reason not get what you pay for. They were out of vanilla ice. How can a place that there main thing is ice cream not have vanilla ice cream. Won't go back again not even for ice cream way better places to spend money that offers food better this place.

  I travel between Ithaca and Elmira often, sometimes late at night. The first few times I stopped at DQ were great: the food was good, the price is pretty decent, etc. However, within the same week, I stopped and tried to order there about a half hour before close, and both times they said they were already closed and couldn’t take orders. The second time I even checked *twice* before I pulled in that they weren’t listed as “temporarily closed” but no-go. The person on the mic said, “If you come back tomorrow, you can order.” If the store’s hours are 10 AM - 12 AM, I’m sorry, they should still be taking orders at 11:30 PM; I wouldn’t try to order 10 minutes before close, but 30 doesn’t seem unreasonable.

  10:15 pm April 10th. We went in to order and were told to go through the drive thru by the girl at the register taking a customer's order. Needless to say several orders were lost due to such rude, poor manners by the employee, who was more interested in talking with her friends hanging out inside. I am not sure how many others walked out before and after us, but saw two others leave without ordering. There was NO, Absolutely NO, customer service. We will never go again.

  Have been here several times since it's opening and never once had a problem with service, food or anything. Small things here and there (like forgetting to remove tomato from a burger when requested, no big deal things happen). But these types of things are expected - it has become a usual spot for me & my partner, we find ourselves using the app very frequently to rack up reward points (definitely worth it!!) Staff have always been so kind and quick, answering any questions we had. The atmosphere inside in quite clean with some very good retro music! I hope this places continues to grow!
