  I mostly get my Diet Coke fix in their drive through. The staff is always efficient, nice, and accurate with my order. My only suggestion is that they go back to plastic straws or find a better alternative to the paper straws, which are awful.

  Not only did they almost forget my chicken nuggets, but they also only gave me one sauce packet. When I asked for an extra, I was told I had to pay for it. This has never been an issue at other McDonald’s locations in the area. Very disappointing experience

  You pay 4.19 for a medium fry I would hope that they would be hot, that would be a nope and hamburgers were warm and dry ! Paid 11 and change for shitty cold food. No body cares anymore there’s no quality sad what companies get away with

  I ordered a large fries no salt. Upon receipt the container was about two third full, I asked them to give me a full serving, the server took the fries and went and wait for more fries to be done and poured the freshly made fries on top of the old fries, which were by then very cold. I wouldn't have known that the bottom fries were the older ones as I thought they replaced the entire serving, so by the time I got halfway through and ate the fresh ones, there they were the cold, now horrible fries. I took them to the counter and they refused to replace them and on top of that they were very rude the whole time. I won't be visiting here again!

  I placed a breakfast order at 10:12, and got there ar 10:31. Because I got there after 10:30 (the time the breakfast ends), they cancelled the order. Then I was told I could still get it because they had it there. I dont understand why, if the order was bagged and waiting for me, and it was paid for, and all they had to do was hand it to me through the drive thru window, why it was an issue. So, after getting the order, and getting home, the one sandwich wasn't what I asked for. The woman, I'm presuming was an assistant manager or manager, when I asked for a receipt showing my credit for the amount that was deducted from my account, she says they have nothing to do with that. Incompetence. It would have taken nothing to give me a receipt showing the order was cancelled. It wouldn't have taken anything at all to just hand me my original order and I could have gone on my way. Again, incompetence. I won't be patronizing this McDonald's again and will suggest no one else does. Their customer service is definitely not up to par. Perhaps some additional customer service training would be in order.
