Very disappointed, we just wanted some ice cream:(

Came back in (which i never ever do) bc i was bothered. How are you going to give me the wrong item, then not make it right as a manager. and gaslights me saying the nespresso in the machine is being made or some BS. I didn’t even bother i just took the L and left. Next time as a manager, don’t falsely pretend you have something that you don’t in order to make a sell. That iced coffee didn’t sit right with my stomach & tasted horrible. 0/10 never coming again.

She’s incredible: hardworking, uplifting, and truly takes pride in everything she does. You can feel the love and dedication in every visit. I honestly can’t imagine anyone having a negative word about the manager or staff—it just doesn’t reflect the wonderful experiences I’ve had here.
