  One of my fave Dunkin’s in the area. I’ve almost never had an issue. Staff is great!

  I've tried to shop at this store several times. The posted hours say they close at 9 pm, but I've arrived at 8:40 pm and it was already closed. On one occasion, I arrived at 8:30 pm and received very poor service. I would just like to know if the hours are actually different?

  Came at 840pm on a Friday night for late night sweet treat, the doors were locked and the employees waved us away and told us they were closed when the store hours were literally posted on the front door and on google, that they’re not supposed to close until 9pm. Very disappointed, we just wanted some ice cream:(

  i asked for a latte and the manager said there’s no latte so i said ok thanks nevermind, as im about to leave she says ok u want a latte and prepares me an iced coffee (she thinks i didn’t notice) with the wrong sweetener, im an avid latte drinker & that wasn’t a latte and the cup was still hot with my ice melted before i even left the store. Came back in (which i never ever do) bc i was bothered. How are you going to give me the wrong item, then not make it right as a manager. and gaslights me saying the nespresso in the machine is being made or some BS. I didn’t even bother i just took the L and left. Next time as a manager, don’t falsely pretend you have something that you don’t in order to make a sell. That iced coffee didn’t sit right with my stomach & tasted horrible. 0/10 never coming again.
