- JCjohana canales4 days ago1.0Came and bought a cake on Sunday night between 6-7 for my son, was originally 40 something but was charged 11 extra dollars at the register because of the decoration on the cake. Went home with the cake and cut the cake, there was plastic inside the cake, had to throw out the cake. First time going there btw, no one answers the phone when I called.

The staff on duty were Jay lllCiara l and they were super friendly, very professional and they went above and beyond. In between ringing orders they made sure the store was immaculate and never once showed a negative attitude. They are an asset to your company and hopefully you recognize it.

This was incredibly disappointing, especially since it was my daughter's special day. I expected better customer service from the owner of the establishment.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
