    Came for a family night out there were about 17/18 of us. I am going to be short and to the point, the menu had a promotion for DB cards and meal deal. I chose the unlimited got the meal for $5 ( supposedly). I eat we go play, unknowingly there was a cap on the card at 1,500 tickets only and the time was 90mims of play. Now my first problem is the cap of tickets when your shop sells anything well over 3,000 tickets and my child can’t earn anymore because of the cap. The meal so if I got capped then I basically still paid for the whole meal and didn’t get anything cheaper at all. The waitress did not come back to the table much to see if we needed anything and got most orders wrong , people were being served at different times forcing us to eat separately, why??? The games on the floor - most did not work - you swipe or tap and it takes it but when you go to play none of the instruments or gears work smfh. Won’t be coming back here, too bad I can’t get my money back.

    I constantly come to Dave & Buster’s To enjoy myself, but last night i ended up losing my phone. I came back in the morning around 9:45 To explain my situation, but I ended up getting turned away since I couldn’t be in the building During closed hours, which I completely understand since I work in retail and customer service. So I asked politely, if someone could look around for my phone. The Manager completely neglected the situation, knowing that my phone and credit card were lost in Dave & Buster’s. She made me wait till 11 just for me to find it. Even though there was proof that my phone was inside the building. She could’ve easily looked around for it instead of being on her phone and escalating the situation by having me wait hours. She was extremely inconsiderate!!!! Eventually I came inside, and she was on her phone!!! all the employees, clean crew, Everyone else was extremely helpful and considerate, props to the employees they need to get a raise dealing with such a disrespectful and Inconsiderate manager The manager needs to be educated on customer service.
