  I do have to say I'm a little disappointed in my last visit to Dave& Buster's. Don't get me wrong we had a great time and the food was good. We went there on a busy night which is why I think the service wasn't on top or as good as previous times which is understandable. We went to be seated but the table wasn't even cleaned yet so we had to wait additional 5-10minutes before being seated. The waiter that we had didn't write down our order which is why I think we got something we didn't order. They took it off our bill without any questions. Rarely did I see him on the floor so I had to ask other waiters for napkins and refills. We also stayed to play games. My 4-year-old had a blast but to me at my older age I feel Dave& Buster's had a better gaming layout 5 years or so ago.. but I will say having a birthday party here for our son is still an option.

  I had a pretty good time here with family and their children. While busy it was still clean. The drinks were well mixed and the food was OK avcording to family and myself. I had some chicken wings that were serviceable as chicken wings but not great. There are plenty of games available at this location.

  Food and service was good. Chose the eat and play option and did the $75 gift card. The bill breaks down the cost of food without the card. My wings came out to $17.99. I added up all the food and drinks and it came to about 94 dollars. I go to pay and the 20% option came out to around 30+ dollars. As somebody in the industry it's absolutely absurd to expect a tip on a gift card. I really hope Dave and Busters isn't making the servers tip out on the game card. I always tip well wherever I go. I tipped $20 and felt bad about it honestly. But the suggested tip added a $61 gift card as if it should be tipped on.

  I take my kids here every other Wednesday for the half off games and some dinner. The waiters are always nice and not once has a manager failed to check in while we were eating. Shows they care! Game selection is vast and it’s rare that one is out of order… and when it is you usually see someone working on it! Keep up the good work and see you guys later today!

  Overall we had a great time. I came with my family and had a wide selection of games to play. We ate food at the restaurant which was neutral. The Philly rolls were very good but the rest was average bar food. The best part of the visit were the team members. As expected, we had some problems with games loading or running correctly. Tylo was walking around making sure guests were having a good time as well as fixing any issues that arose. We had some issues and he was always there promptly before we’d even had to look for an attendant! You don’t find service like that these days so what a valuable asset to Dave and Busters. Place was clean, attendants were walking around cleaning and always on point if needed. We will be back! I need to collect all of my Star Trek cards! lol
