  The food was delicious, the server we had never asked if we wanted more to drink, we had to ask a different server for a to- go box and then we sat there another 15+ minutes waiting to get our check while our server walked right past our table several times. Worst service i think I've had anywhere. This was our first time at a Dave & Busters so first impressions weren't the best. But the food was absolutely delicious!!!

  After spending over 100 dollars on credits between me and my 5 friends, we decided to sit down to eat food before leaving. After waiting at the host stand for at least 5 minutes while employees watched us from afar, we were approached by one of the workers who acted extremely rude and unprofessional towards us. She did not greet us, just stared, while we told her nicely that we would like a table for 5 people. She proceeded to tell us that we either all had to be 18, which we all were except one person who was 17, or one of us had to be 25 to accompany everyone else. After we told her we were 21, she told us we had to leave the building immediately. It’s not the fact that we couldn’t eat there despite the fact that i have ate there multiple times while i was underage, it was how we were treated in the moment. I don’t believe this is any way to treat customers who have already spent 120+ dollars at your establishment. Don’t go here if you want to be treated with respect.

  Went to Dave and Busters with my family when I saw an online special of $19.99 eat and play combo. Upon arriving there was informed that the price was actually $3+ per person. We had a group of six so that added up to almost another meal. Also the redemption center was very very over inflated!! It costs 430 tickets for a lil pkt of pop rocks. Not cool D n B,taking advantage of families trying to keep you in business):

  Pure Family and Friends Fun Place and Restaurant. While dining in, kids can be freely be kids, teen agers can teen agers, and adults can be adults. Everyone can enjoy and be free. Open concept, lots of walking room, huge video screens, bar for adults and activities for teens and below. Super fun place to hang out and enjoy delicious food. I ordered grilled salmon, it was amazing. Rice were perfect and salmon was cooked to perfection. For family and friends fun, Highly Highly Recomended !!!

  This review is not so much about the place but more about one staff member in particular. Izzy. He is fantastic and will go very far. My girl, my 7yr old son and I visited there tonight. We were waiting patiently for the godzilla vr game for my son for a few moments when all of a sudden when it was his turn 2 14yr olds push him out of the way and jump on saying they were next. when telling them we were waiting and even the person who just got off the game told them as well they persisted to sit and play with no regard. ok play your game. then they decided to be bums and keep playing and then playing and then playing it again. well finally i had enough. tempted to unplug the machine my better judgement kicked in and went to a crew member. explained the situation to him and took care of it right away in respectful defusing manner. My bud was able to get on right away and with some extra credits as he had the troublemakers leave the game. He is great and we appreciated his help. He deserves a raise. Oh and btw we ordered food there too and he came by to make sure everything was good. Our server Gabbi was fantastic and attenyive. Thank you
