When I got my bowl I couldn’t even eat it immediately because of how frozen it was. Also the pineapple look and taste like it came out of a can. I expect fresh product for a $12 smoothie bowl. Refresh is a much better place if you are looking for fresh and not frozen !

It was delivered with my wrap in the bag stapled, but not my smoothie. I also put in a complaint to GrubHub because this should be a protocol that all restaurants follow. Some restaurants will place a sticker on the lid. That’s not safe enough for me. I wanted to drink the smoothie so bad, but I was too afraid.😟
