  Workers have zero clue what they’re doing, I simply asked for a sausage and egg McMuffin and oatmeal, they handed me an empty bag and a hot cup of water and said I would have to make the oat meal myself, this was after a 30 min wait. And when I checked for my “oat meal”, all I found was a teabag.

  I’m really frustrated with this experience at the Ilion location. I’ve been very sick and tried ordering a frappe for delivery on different days, and each time the app showed it as available. After placing the order, I was told the machine was broken and that I had to cancel it myself and request a refund. Now I have to wait 3–5 days to get back $15 for an order where the item I wanted was only $6. If the machine isn’t working, the app should not list it as available. It’s misleading, wastes customers’ time, and ties up their money for something they never received—especially frustrating when you’re sick and relying on delivery. Management at this location really needs to fix their system so customers aren’t repeatedly charged for items the store can’t actually make
