  I placed an order for pickup through my subway app, I pickup my order (3 subs)- ordered them all turkey, they put ham on one of them. When called to talk to staff was told I need to come back for a remake, so they mess up and I am the one to be inconvenienced for their stupidity? Makes sense… looks like corporate will hear from me.

  Requested veggie pattie and the manager accommodated it within weeks. Appreciate it🫶Staff has always been sweet too

  Joe the subway manager there is on point on jow to treat a customer and the level of calm and respect he has for his job clearly shows he is giving jis best performance while working. Not only is he polite , nit on plotting of asking how the sub should be made. I really think he deserves to be recommended by the company for a raise or some sort of step up from where he is at. Joe ( the subway manager) from this location is why I still keep coming back.

  I would recommend watching them make your order and not getting it through the app because I just ordered a blt with extra bacon and cheese and not only did I not get extra bacon but I only got a little bit of bacon on only HALF of my sub but also not a piece of cheese to be seen. I am extremely disappointed and will not be going to this subway again after wasting all that money

  Catilynn was especially careful and friendly while working on our subs making sure we felt welcome and cared for she mentioned it was her second day yet she is more professional than most workers I’ve seen here
