  I’m really frustrated with this experience at the Ilion location. I’ve been very sick and tried ordering a frappe for delivery on different days, and each time the app showed it as available. After placing the order, I was told the machine was broken and that I had to cancel it myself and request a refund. Now I have to wait 3–5 days to get back $15 for an order where the item I wanted was only $6. If the machine isn’t working, the app should not list it as available. It’s misleading, wastes customers’ time, and ties up their money for something they never received—especially frustrating when you’re sick and relying on delivery. Management at this location really needs to fix their system so customers aren’t repeatedly charged for items the store can’t actually make

  I brought my elderly Aunt there for lunch today 12/16/26 it was colder inside than outside my hands were purple turn on the damn heat

  The issue focused on how they have bad staff and just hang up on you while you’re trying to talk i asked if they took 100$ bills and this boy just hung up? nevertheless i also sat in the drive thru for about 30 minutes! But to be fair their prices are pretty good, but my fries are usually soggy and cold, the grinch salt tasted like cat litter, and they have teens who do not enjoy their job and are just rude every moment i go there. But there is some kind people that work there.
