When I ordered I told the lady in the drive through maple bacon wrap and what came out a chipotle wrap. They NEED to learn to listen to people's orders. And don't even get me started on the hash brown and the bagels. The hash browns were so soggy they fell apart when I picked them up to eat them. It's like someone voted on soggy and not toasted food. And the bagel wasn't even toasted all the way. I gotta say this Dunkin NEEDS to take notes from the Dunkin in herkimer. I wasted $25.83 and I'm NOT happy about it! Absolutely terrible!!

My order was sitting there needed to be bagged up. Rather than bag the orders that were done and waiting they dropped what they was doing and made her food and her drink. Every time I go in rather is busy or not it always takes forever. The drive threw is fast. But to pick up a door dash order is always slow and the food is always waiting on the counter forever before anyone attempts to bag it up.
