  I went through the drive-through around 12:45 AM and inquired about a biggie bag. Customer service was great and helping me understand the difference between a four dollar & six dollar biggie bag. The menu was hard to see. I ordered the six dollar biggie bag which came with a junior bacon cheeseburger, a four piece nuggets, french fries and a small fruit punch. After receiving my order, I parked in the lot to eat my food. To my surprise the food was severely overcooked and completely dehydrated . I felt compelled to call the restaurant to inform them that the french fries and nuggets they served what inedible. I received a nonchalant response from the employee who answered the phone. I was hoping for something more such as an apology or an offer to make good on the terrible product served. Prior to going through the drive-through I pulled over and contemplated whether or not to stop at Wendy’s or to make a different choice. I made the wrong choice & once again, Wendy’s has let me down.
