There had been a mix-up from a previous visit, but even without having the info on file, Gladys handled everything with grace, professionalism, and genuine care. She accommodated us during breakfast with two hotcake meals in place of our original order and even added bacon for my wife with a smile when she realized she’d forgotten to ask for it. It may seem simple, but that small act of kindness completely turned our day around. My wife hadn’t wanted to come back after a few rough experiences, but Gladys made her feel valued and welcomed again. As the owner of Elite Power Cleaning, a company that serves over 300 clients across Long Island, I understand how powerful exceptional service can be. Gladys represents what true leadership looks like — attentive, solution-focused, and heartfelt.
