The food is not fresh, I asked for a bun, it was dry so I asked them to heat it up but that didn't help either and after I asked the employee about it, she said they don't make the buns there which only reinforced that the food wasn't fresh. I asked for my money back, they wouldn't give me my money back claiming the manager wasn't there, I asked them to call the manager but the employees didn't listen and didn't give me my money back and also took the bun to them. I'm still waiting for the manager to get back to me and give me my money back, there is a law in the US that if you're not satisfied with a product you can get your money back!

I’ve been to this place many times over the years and the way it has been running for the past year or so is absolutely horrible. This place is one of the dirtiest dunkin’s I’ve been to. The counters are usually covered in spilled coffee, cream, sugar, etc. and as far as things are visible from the other side of a register, a lot of the coffee machines, counters, ice containers, ice cream toppings, donut racks, and so on were clearly not being cleaned regularly. I haven’t been there since last summer but the manager I saw over that period of time (Nick I think was his name) for the few moments were probably the least competent moments. Much of it had to do with his terrible attitude. Absolutely worst managed place I’ve been to. The one thing I will give credit to and appreciate was the down-to-earthness and kindness of the staff. Idk that was just one think I did enjoy.
