I love Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream especially the mint choc chip with chunks, but this location is doing a big disservice to the brand. The display glass was literally full of fingerprints and smudges. My kids and I were comparing another local ice cream shop, and we were divided 3 to 1. 3 in favor of Bens! However.... The "ice" cream at B&J was near melting soft. Not "ice" cream at all. Inside the freezer, all the interior walls were frozen over- as if no one seems to care about the maintenance of the freezers. Please keep the glass clean, but more importantly, keep those freezers up to standards. At the moment, I do not recommend going to Ben & Jerry's of Huntington.
- EEEvalenaMar 11, 20265.0I’ve been a lifelong fan of ben & Jerry’s and what they stand for and this shop really supported my view of them. The shop was so clean! The employee was very knowledgeable on all the different ice creams and the ingredients in them and took the extra step for my gluten allergy and opened a fresh container of ice cream. I appreciated how upbeat they were and it really made an impact on my day. There is a bathroom open to the public and that’s hard to find these days! I would recommend this shop not only because of the ice cream but the great experience that comes with it!

Not to mention I had used the bathroom and it was filthy it was horrible. I noticed someone left a review that the place was filthy three years ago and to think it hasn’t changed is pretty scary. I will never return. Honestly, this place deserves a report to the Department of health. Absolutely disgusting they should be ashamed of themselves.
