  Worst experience ever, generally when I’m in New York I go to Jersey Mike’s near my home, I stopped in at Jimmy John’s today in Huntington Station, the woman that made my sandwich didn’t understand a word of English, and for regular size hero with nothing special basically provolone roast beef ham, and Capricorn they charge me $18 you got me next time Jersey Mike’s

  placed a pickup order because I had my kids in the car and wanted it ready when I arrived. I arrived about 20 minutes later and the store was completely empty. The employee was sitting behind the counter with headphones on and using her phone. When I asked about my order, she initially had no idea what I was talking about. After checking the register, she said "oh, here it is," pulled the receipt, and only then started making the order. The whole point of ordering ahead is convenience, and this completely defeated that purpose. Very disappointing experience.

  Just like Jimmy John’s from out of state. Great sandwich with fresh ingredients and fast and friendly service . Can’t wait for the one in Miller Place since it’s close to home, I’ll be going there all the time. Also the Dunkin inside is a great addition.
