From the moment I ordered the food, they were polite and courteous. But the woman who prepares the sandwiches and bagels is very rude and has a terrible attitude. She messed up the order twice and still got angry, slamming it on the counter, that’s how annoyed she looked. But still, even though it wasn’t the manager’s fault, they tried to fix everything with the same great attitude they already had.

She was taking the order doing the coffee, gets the donuts and she move to pick the food from the another area , and I see the person who is waiting on the car with the bad attitude with the girl I hope the girl it doesn’t fire because I always when I go visit the store always I see her alone in the DT. I think the manager needs to hire more employees because it’s not only one people can do everything for the store.

These guys don’t even train their employees on how to make drinks . Iced cappuccino is supposed to be frothy . Maybe it was a lot of work for their lazy employees
