    food took an hour when the estimated wait time was 10 minutes. I got a notification saying it was complete just for it to take another 30 minutes and the worker constantly lying saying its gonna take 2 minutes

    The food they cooked burned but they said that it is! The chef scratches the chilly sauce or tomato sauce on his hand into the barrel of the sauce without gloves. Very crazy place to buy your food. Very rude place. You think the abnormal persons they can cook nice food for you? Don't assume it and don't dream it. The hamburger was cooked about 15 minutes, crazy people here.
